Error: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)
맥에서 brew install mysql 명령으로 mysql 을 설치 후 위와 같은 에러를 발생했고 아래와 같이 해결 했습니다.
❯ brew services start mysql
==> Successfully started `mysql` (label: homebrew.mxcl.mysql)
❯ mysql -uroot
Welcome to the MySQL monitor. Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 9
Server version: 8.0.30 Homebrew
